The young man, identified only as Kevin to protect his identity, shared how he spent years investing emotionally, financially, and mentally in a relationship he believed was genuine.
According to him, he met the woman through mutual friends and quickly developed strong feelings for her. She appeared loving, supportive, and committed to building a future together.
“At first, everything seemed perfect,” he recalled. “She told me she loved me and wanted us to build a life together. I believed every word.”
