Shoçk Claims Rock State House As Ruto Linked To Gachagua's Impeachment Plot And Mt Kenya Betrayal

Political commentator and social media personality Mary Njoroge has sparked fresh debate after making strong claims about the events that led to the impeachment of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

In a statement that has circulated widely online, Njoroge alleged that President William Ruto personally reached out to Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro with instructions to rally Members of Parliament from Murang’a County to support the impeachment motion.

According to Njoroge, the vote was not driven by the free will of legislators as portrayed in public, but rather by coordinated pressure from the highest office.

She argued that Murang’a MPs were mobilized to follow a predetermined position, casting doubt on the independence of the process.

Her remarks suggest that the impeachment was less about accountability and more about internal power struggles within the ruling coalition.

Njoroge also directed sharp criticism at Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, accusing him of betrayal.

She claimed that Kindiki allowed himself to be used in a political scheme in pursuit of a higher office, alleging that the position he sought had earlier been declined by Ndindi Nyoro.

In her view, this decision marked a turning point that alienated many supporters who feel the Mt Kenya region was sidelined in critical national decisions.

The comments have intensified conversations around loyalty, ambition and trust within government ranks.

While leaders mentioned in the claims have not issued formal responses, the statements have fueled public scrutiny and reopened wounds among supporters who remain divided over the impeachment.

As political temperatures continue to rise, Njoroge’s remarks reflect growing frustration among sections of the public who believe backroom deals now shape major national outcomes more than open debate.
