"Nilienda Kuleta Simba Kwa Matiang'i" Amos Nyaribo Defends Himself After Encountering Hostile Ground

Last week Nyamira county governor Amos Nyaribo visited Kisii governor Simba Arati at his Motonto home in Bobasi, Kisii county in a meeting many perceived to be one where Amos Nyaribo joined the broadbased government.

After Nyaribo's visit to Simba Arati, the two county governors met at Rangenyo in Nyamira county at a massive burial ceremony of nine family members who perished at a tragic road accident along a Chabera as they were returning from a wedding in Kakamega.

Kisii governor Simba Arati first addressed the mourners who gave him difficult time to address them after which he handed over the microphone to Amos Nyaribo who also addressed the mourners. Nyaribo faced hostility from the mourners and he had to explain the intent of his visit to Simba Arati's home.

Amos Nyaribo defended himself saying that the visit was aimed at winning Simba Arati to Fred Matiangi's camp and not the other way round, he said that he is the party leader of the United Progressive Alliance that is allied to Matiang'i thus he is together with Fred Matiang'i in every way.
