Lawyer Wahome Thuku has claimed that former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua may be receiving classified State House information through an informer operating within government circles.
According to Thuku, the pattern traces back to between 2020 and 2022, when President Ruto and his allies were known for accessing confidential details from within State House during Uhuru Kenyatta's administration. He recalled how this ability drew criticism from Uhuru's supporters at the time.
Thuku noted that concerns were raised then about the need to change intelligence and support staff within State House, though he admitted he was unsure whether any changes were ever implemented following those complaints.
The children tiptoed toward him and unleashed the water before breaking into a rendition of "Happy Birthday to You."
Soaked and stunned, the pastor bolted into the house as his children continued singing.
From inside, the children called out, urging him to return and finish the celebration.
"Come we finish, we can't waste water. Please come," they told him.
The pastor eventually edged back toward the door, visibly unconvinced about accepting more of the celebration.
His wife, caught between amusement and mock disapproval, turned to the children and asked how they could do that to their father, though she had been filming the entire time.
Addressing the camera directly, the pastor described the scene with good humour.
"Everybody that is watching, just know that this is family and see what they have done to me," he said.
The clip has since drawn a flood of amused reactions online, with many social media users praising the family's playful bond.
