When We Assume Office, We Will Ensure Ruto Is Arrested, Vocal Mt. Kenya Lawyer Says

A vocal Mt. Kenya Politician and Lawyer has continued to fire at the Ruto Administration insisting that the next administration by the opposition will ensure that the President is brought to book.

Speaking through his official X page on Sunday, the 7th of June, the vocal Lawyer has insisted that the United Alternative Government, being led by the current opposition, will not only ensure the arrest of the current Head of State, but also make sure a thorough investigation is conducted in accordance with the Law.

"Upon assuming office, the alternative government will ensure that Ruto is investigated, arrested where evidence warrants, prosecuted in accordance with the law." Said the vocal Lawyer and Politician.

In his bold message to Kenyans, Advocate Ndegwa Njiru has argued that any wealth of public assets found to have been acquired illegally or through corruption by President William Ruto will be recovered by the next Government.

"Any public assets or wealth found to have been acquired through corruption or abuse of office will be recovered." He added.

The statement by the Lawyer comes at a time when the Ruto administration has been under intense public criticism with the opposition calling on Kenyans to ensure Ruto's removal from office during the next election.

With only a few months to the 2027 General elections, the political temperatures have continued to heighten with major political realignments.
