Tension High As Ruto's Close Ally Fires Back at Kalonzo Over Social Media Claims, Alleges This

National Assembly Majority Leader and Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wah has launched a sharp response against Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka following recent political exchanges that have played out on social media.

Speaking through a message that quickly attracted attention online, Ichung’wah accused Kalonzo of relying on unverified information circulating on social media rather than facts.

The legislator argued that leaders should take time to verify information before making public statements, especially on matters of national importance.

In his remarks, Ichung’wah suggested that Kalonzo was being influenced by online rumors and political gossip.

He challenged the former Vice President to seek accurate information from reliable sources instead of reacting to claims circulating on digital platforms.

The Majority Leader further intensified his criticism by questioning Kalonzo’s approach to public discourse.

He claimed that if a leader is unable to personally examine information, they should surround themselves with advisers capable of reviewing and interpreting issues before they are communicated to the public.

The latest exchange adds to the growing political rivalry between leaders aligned with the government and those in the opposition.

As the country gradually shifts attention toward future political contests, public disagreements between senior politicians continue to dominate national debate, with many of the exchanges increasingly unfolding on social media platforms.
