"On This One Am Not Going To Blame Ruto," Sifuna Alleges Shifting Blame From Ruto For The First Time Sparks Speculations

Former ODM secretary general Edwin Sifuna and the current Nairobi senator has come out to blame some of the ODM leaders for what he termed as Raila's betrayal. 

Sifuna was seen as the late Raila's trusted ODM member despite the two expressing contradictory opinions on the broad based government.

Sifuna while in Senate today expressed his regrets and blamed some of the ODM leaders who are going against Raila's wishes eight months after his burial. 

According to Sifuna, the betrayal is coming within the late Raila's people making it even harder to bare.

He claimed that he was not going to blame it on President Ruto who he has constantly accused of mismanaging the party and failing to implement the ten point agenda under the broad based government. 

Sifuna alleged that some member of Raila's inner circle are the ones who are going against him in his death.

Sifuna has recently become a political enemy to some of the top ODM leadership and ODM members following his strong stand against the broad based government.

His sentiments can not be established whether they are political or a genuine call for the unity of ODM and respect to the late Raila Odinga.
