My name is James Mwangi, a 45-year-old businessman from Nakuru, Kenya, and this is my true testimony. 

I never thought I would one day share such a story, but what happened in my marriage shocked me deeply. I provided everything a woman could ask for, yet I discovered a betrayal that still hurts me when I remember it.

I married my wife out of genuine love. I built a comfortable home, paid all the bills, supported her family, and made sure she lacked nothing. I never raised my voice at her or denied her respect. 

People admired our marriage from outside and often told me I was lucky. I also trusted her completely because I believed loyalty comes naturally when someone is treated well.

We employed a young house boy to help around the compound. He was quiet, respectful, and I never suspected anything. 

With time, I noticed small changes in my wife. She became secretive with her phone, easily irritated, and sometimes hostile towards me for no clear reason. Whenever I asked what was wrong, she said I was imagining things.

The signs became stronger. She would send me away on small errands, insist I attend meetings alone, or suddenly change her schedule. 

I felt something was off, but I had no evidence. As a man, it was humiliating to even imagine such betrayal, especially in my own house. I started doubting myself and asking what more I needed to do as a husband.

One evening, I shared my worries with an old friend from Naivasha. He listened quietly and then told me something that surprised me. He said sometimes cheating is hidden using strong deception, and the truth does not come out easily.
