Pain and Betrayal as Bodaboda Man Claims He Funded Girlfriend’s Education Only for Her to Leave Him After Graduating

 

A heartbreaking story of love, sacrifice, and betrayal has left many Kenyans stunned after a young boda boda rider opened up about how the woman he supported through university eventually left him and married another man shortly after graduating. 

What he thought was a lifelong relationship built on loyalty and shared struggle turned into emotional pain that nearly pushed him into depression.

The rider, identified only as Peter, says he met his girlfriend while she was still in her first year at university. 

At the time, she struggled financially, and out of love, he stepped in to support her fully. He paid her tuition fees, rent, shopping, and even transport for several years, believing they were building a future together.
