Nairobi businessman Jackson Kiplimo Chebet has come forward to defend his acquisition of the contested Dari property along Ngong Road, previously linked to former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju.
Chebet, through his company Ultra Eureka Limited, insists the property was lawfully purchased at a public auction in October 2024 for KSh 450 million.
