Speaking during a political meeting, Kindiki appealed to elected leaders and grassroots politicians who have distanced themselves from the ruling coalition to reconsider their position.
He argued that development is best achieved when leaders work closely with the national government instead of remaining in the opposition.
According to Kindiki, those who choose to reunite with the government should not fear being sidelined, saying opportunities, including appointments to senior positions such as the Cabinet and other state offices, will be available based on merit and commitment to serving Kenyans.
His remarks come as political competition continues to intensify ahead of the 2027 General Election, with both the Kenya Kwanza administration and the opposition working to strengthen their support bases across the country.
The Mt. Kenya region has remained a key battleground following the political fallout between President William Ruto and Gachagua.
