Embu Governor Cecily Mbarire has congratulated Sammy Ngotho following his victory in the Ol Kalou parliamentary by-election, expressing hope that he will serve residents with dedication, honesty and accountability.

In her message after the election, Mbarire wished the newly elected leader success as he begins his tenure urging him to remain committed to improving the lives of the people who entrusted him with the responsibility of representing them.
