Sifuna Says Kenyans Will Vote Out Ruto in 2027 Regardless of Running Mate

Senator Edwin Sifuna has gained national attention for his outspoken views on Kenyan politics. He has consistently argued that President William Ruto is at the center of the country’s current political challenges.

According to Sifuna, Kenyans are ready to vote Ruto out in the 2027 elections, regardless of who he chooses as his political ally, including figures such as Rigathi Gachagua or Ndindi Nyoro.

“Central Kenya says they have reviewed our assessment on Gachagua and believe having him on the ticket could disadvantage them. 

That is why they are considering alternatives like Waiguru or Ndindi Nyoro. But Ruto is the real issue; Kenyans will send him home in 2027 whether you give him Ndindi Nyoro or Gachagua,” the senator said.

Sifuna’s remarks reflect the deepening divisions in Kenya’s political landscape, with President Ruto remaining a central figure in the ongoing debate. 

The senator suggested that Ruto’s alliances and influence may not be enough to shift public opinion ahead of the next election.
