The Nairobi county gubernatorial seat is likely to be one of the hottest race come next general election (2027) following the key leaders who are eying for this seat.
The current county governor, Hon Johnson Sakaja, will be on the ballot to defend his seat, the Embakasi East constituency lawmaker, Hon Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino, and his counterpart James Gakuya of Embakasi North constituency both eying for this seat.
