Purity Njeri, a 33-year-old woman from Nairobi, once lived a life where every month felt like a struggle to survive.

Despite having a steady job, her salary never seemed enough. By the time the next paycheck arrived, she was already overwhelmed with bills and expenses.

“I was always broke before the month ended,” Purity begins.

At first, she didn’t fully understand the problem. She believed her income was simply too low to meet her needs. Rent, food, transport, and other responsibilities consumed most of her earnings.

“I kept telling myself that if I earned more, things would be better,” she says.

But even when her income slightly increased, nothing changed.

“I realized the problem wasn’t just how much I earned—it was how I managed it,” she admits.
