Ruto Told he Might Still Lose in 2027 Despite Raila's Absence, Informed Only Remaining Winning Trick

ODM youth leader, Kasmuel McOure, has held that former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will still feature in the 2027 election despite being no more.

He has stated that Raila left behind a strong ideologies which Kenyans will be looking for among candidates who will seek the top seat in 2027.

McOure has said this while admitting that Raila's exit makes things easier for President William Ruto, since he was the only person able to battle him.

According to him, Ruto now has to either honour Raila's legacy and emerge victorious, or go against it, lose the backing of his supporters and suffer defeat to the opposition.

"The only real competition President Ruto would have faced was Raila Odinga," Kasmuel, who was very close to Raila before his October 15 demise, said on Citizen TV on Friday.

"If the President chooses to honour Raila Odinga’s legacy, he stands a chance of winning over his voter base; if he goes against it, he will face serious challenges."
