"God Has Spoken" Gachagua Reveals What God Told His Wife About Raila After Making Deal With Ruto

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, who have been a major political opponent of the former Prime Minister, was among those who cautioned former President Uhuru Kenyatta against working with the ODM leader.

However, What has aligned the Deputy President and Odinga in terms of perspective is their shared support for revenue allocation based on population rather than land size.

This stance has put Gachagua at odds with some politicians in the Kenya Kwanza camp, many of whom view him as only advocating for the interests of the Mount Kenya residents.

"Our eyes are now open, and I will lead the efforts to propose Mr. Odinga as our genuine ally in the region, as was the case in the 2022 contest with the help of Mr. Kenyatta," he stated.

During the interview with local Gikuyu stations, the Deputy President reiterated that Mr Odinga's support for his stance on resource allocation is a clear indication that the former Prime Minister understands the leadership issues of this country.

"I was heavily criticized even by my fellow Mount Kenya leaders. But I was surprised to hear Mr. Odinga publicly supporting me,

"My wife told me that her spirit revealed to her that Mr. Odinga is an angel of goodwill who needs to be recognized through revelation. That revelation is what we, as people of the Mount, have never had, hence our animosity towards him," he said.

These praises showered on Raila by Gachagua come amid claims that the Deputy President is planning to form a political alliance with Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka.

Despite his deep political roots in the Mount Kenya region, Gachagua revealed during the interview that he is also ready to collaborate with Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya and DAP Kenya Leader Eugene Wamalwa.

Embracing Odinga comes as his former Lang’ata MP allies have been appointed to government positions due to his closeness with President Ruto.
