Tension flared at a political press conference in Kenya as rowdy youths disrupted a gathering of leaders from the Azimio la Umoja and One Kenya alliances.

The incident occurred during a speech by Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Foundation.

Over 50 youths stormed the venue, expressing anger and declaring their opposition to any disrespect towards ODM leader Raila Odinga. They overturned chairs and chanted slogans, disrupting the scheduled event.

"Nobody disrespects Raila when we are alive, no press conference here," shouted the youths, highlighting the intensity of their sentiments.

The disruption follows a period of heightened political tensions in Kenya, with various factions and alliances preparing for upcoming elections.
