Ruto Caught in a Big Lie as Kenyans Are Told What Has Happened to Sh2.4 Trillion

President William Ruto is doing the complete opposite of what he promised in his campaign, with regards to debt and loans, ODM Director of Communication Philip Etale has claimed.

Etale has recalled how Ruto, in his campaigns, promised to avoid loans if elected President, and even said how he will not be seen doing what then President Uhuru Kenyatta was engaging in.
